Luna Band Unveiled With Screenless Design, LifeOS and Voice-Based Controls
Luna has officially introduced the Luna Band in India and global markets as its first screenless fitness tracker powered by the company’s LifeOS platform.
Unlike traditional smart bands and smartwatches, the Luna Band focuses on voice interaction, wellness tracking, and AI-powered health insights without using a display. The wearable was first showcased earlier this year at CES 2026.
Luna Band Features
The Luna Band comes with a metallic screenless design and is capable of tracking:
- Activity levels
- Sleep patterns
- Stress levels
- Nutrition habits
- Supplements
- Productivity
- Menstrual cycles
- Medical details
The wearable uses Luna’s proprietary LifeOS platform to analyse health metrics and provide personalised wellness recommendations. According to the company, the tracker can even surface “causal insights” that identify possible cause-and-effect relationships related to sleep, diet, stress, and activity patterns.
Voice-Based Controls
One of the standout features of the Luna Band is its voice-based interaction system.
Users can:
- Log workouts using voice commands
- Record meals and supplements verbally
- Ask health-related questions naturally
- Receive spoken wellness insights
The companion app also includes a persistent “Ask Luna anything about your health” feature, allowing users to interact with the system like sending a voice note.
Third-Party App Support
Luna says the wearable supports integration with several third-party apps and services, with more integrations expected in the future.
Pricing and Availability
The company has not yet announced official pricing details for the Luna Band. However, Luna confirmed that the device will not require a paid subscription, unlike rivals such as Whoop.
The Luna Band will be available in:
- Black
- Green
- Orange
Luna has also announced an invite-only rollout, with shipments expected to begin by the end of July 2026. Interested users can currently join the waitlist through the official Luna Band website.
